Life can bring many challenges, and it takes strength and courage to reach out for help. It is my honour to support and provide a safe space for you. As we build a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we will work toward positive transformation and a deeper self-understanding.

Focus Areas: I have extensive experience working with BIPOC folks (aged 18-30s) with challenges including identity discernment, careers, family, relationships, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I draw on CBT, EFT, ACT, DBT, Somatic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

I received my Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto. I also worked on the distress line and in peer support programs for several years, helping people through crises and challenges.

We all come to therapy with a diverse set of life experiences. I believe in creating a space where individuals of all identities feel safe and empowered. Regardless of what has brought you here, know that you deserve to be heard and to work towards the life you want to live.
