Parental Burnout Group Therapy

Paz Villar, Therapist in Training, MA

A 9-week online therapy group for women, femmes, and non-binary folks who are parents or caretakers of young children.

We will work through the book Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski, learning about the science of burnout, the role of gender, and the available evidence-based solutions.

We will discuss how burnout affects each of us in particular ways and work to create a personalized plan to reduce symptoms.

The group itself is treatment! Evidence shows that meaningful social connection can help regulate the nervous system. We will work to build a space of support and validation where we can learn from the material and each other.

Tuesday nights, 6-8 pm Eastern.
