Life is a continual process of change. I can be there with you through these changes. Sometimes we feel stuck and have trouble knowing what we are becoming. Embracing this process allows us to be in flow. While it can be challenging to step into our potential, therapy helps. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and transform themselves, and to achieve their goals through cultivating compassion and understanding.

Focus Areas: Experienced in grief, loss, and palliative settings, with anger, anxiety, depression, relationship (intimate, family or work) struggles, stress management, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and identity. My collaborative approach is trauma-informed, incorporating adult-attachment styles, CBT, existentialism, meaning-making, mindfulness-based interventions, parts work, and somatic awareness.

I am a queer man interested in working with a diverse range of people. Wherever you are in life, I will support you in enhancing awareness of yourself or in relation to others, whether you’re in partnership or living solo. I weave in a holistic concept of Self to address the effects of stress. With support towards creating a healthier life, you can become more peaceful, secure, content, and balanced.
