Focus Areas: substance use issues, attachment and connection, depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship issues. With 7+ years experience, I draw from clinical approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and somatic psychotherapies in a trauma-informed manner. I have supported individuals with behavioural and emotional difficulties, have specialized experience in substance use treatment, and hold a special interest in supporting those involved in the criminal justice system.
