Have you ever found yourself wondering, “How did I get here?” Maybe life took a turn you didn’t expect, and now you’re trying to make sense of it all. You’re not alone – and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

Before I stepped into being a therapist, my life took many unexpected turns, from professional athlete, to pastor, to public speaker. My world used to revolve around performance, pressure, and pushing through. I understand what it’s like to live under high expectations, your own or other people’s. I know how it feels to be stuck in a version of yourself that no longer fits.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring youth and young adults as they wrestle with big questions about identity, purpose, and relationships. That experience continues to shape the heart of my work: helping people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s twists and turns.

In addition to couple’s counselling, I offer a Relationship Growth Program called Rooted Together, a six-session series that helps partners strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and build a lasting foundation. Whether moving in together, preparing for marriage, or simply wanting to invest in your relationship. Rooted Together can be a part of creating a more connected romantic relationship. Through my own experience, I’ve come to believe that rooted relationships are essential, not only for our personal wellbeing, but also as an essential part of building a stronger and more inclusive society for everyone. That experience continues to shape the heart of my work: helping people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s twists and turns.

Focus Areas: I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, spiritual concerns, and performance-related stress. I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults and professionals feeling caught between who they’ve been and who they want to become. My approach is narrative-focused and emotionally attuned, meaning we’ll explore both your story and the emotions that come with it. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor into the room—creating a space where healing feels possible and growth feels real.

If you’re feeling stuck, searching for direction, or ready to make a meaningful change, I’d be honored to walk with you.
