Sometimes life just feels like a lot to carry on your own, which is why connection, acceptance, and compassion are at the heart of how I show up for folks seeking support. As a queer, ADHD therapist, I bring both lived experience and professional training into the room.
I have a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, belonging, and self-acceptance. I aim to create a space that feels affirming, inclusive, and genuinely safe. I pay close attention to how culture, systems, and lived experiences shape our stories, and I’ve seen how meaningful it can be to feel truly understood without judgment.
Focus Areas: Individuals and couples working through anxiety, stress, and burnout, as well as self-esteem, body image, and relationship insecurity or communication needs. I support 2SLGBTQIA+ folks exploring gender identity and sexuality, polyamory and kink communities, and neurodivergent folks, including ADHD and Autism (ASD).
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We will work together to find what feels most supportive for you. I draw on Expressive Arts Therapy techniques, as well as Narrative, Existential, and Relational approaches. When working with couples I’m guided by my certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).
“It’s dangerous to go alone, take this” – The Legend of Zelda. Whatever stage of the journey you’re in, I’m here to walk with you.
