Reem works with teens and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, intense emotions, relationship stress, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients can better understand what they are feeling and learn practical ways to cope.
Hear from Reem: If you’re feeling stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by your emotions, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more grounded.
My work is grounded in a neuroaffirming and culturally responsive approach. I strive to create a space where individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, feel respected and understood.
You may be a good fit for working with me if:
My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I aim to balance practical tools with space to better understand your emotional experiences.
I bring a background in behaviour, neuroscience, and psychology, which shapes how I understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. I approach each person with curiosity and care, and I will work with you to build insight and tools that feel meaningful and usable in your day-to-day life.
Services in English and conversational French.
If life has been feeling like a lot lately, you do not have to figure it all out on your own. I offer a supportive space to help you make sense of what you are feeling and find strategies that feel manageable and realistic. You are welcome to book a free consultation to see if I feel like the right fit for you.
