If you’re yearning to be seen and accepted as your whole self, I’m here for you. I am a Neurodivergent Therapist-in-Training, bringing lived experience and 6 years in crisis and peer support. I offer openness and creativity to the therapeutic work we’ll do together. Through conversation, storytelling, music, and art, my goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go next.

Focus Areas: Individuals and Couples experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, body-image, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and those on a spiritual journey or search for meaning. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, existential approaches, and art and music-based interventions.

I believe that each person’s experience is inherently unique, and I will honour your story with curiosity, humility, and respect. Together, we can explore the stories that have shaped you, make space for new meaning, and support you in re-authoring your life in alignment with your values. It is a privilege to work alongside you as you navigate that path.
