With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I bring a unique integrative lens to therapy, shaped by my medical training as a physician in Pakistan and my current work as a psychotherapist in Canada. Since 2023, I have supported people navigating trauma, identity, and emotional resilience through a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s experience. Together, we’ll build insight, develop coping strategies, and create space for healing and growth.

Focus Areas: I support adults navigating complex trauma, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), settlement and migration, gender identity, and sexuality. My approach draws from emotion-focused and attachment-based therapies, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

As a queer, non-binary immigrant from Pakistan, I am passionate about creating safer, affirming spaces for those navigating identity, cultural transition, and marginalization. My practice is anti-oppressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive, particularly for 2SLGBTQ+, racialized, and immigrant communities.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I am especially committed to supporting adults who are exploring or have been late-identified with ADHD, autism, or both. I also have a strong interest in resource navigation and helping clients connect with supports that can ease the challenges of daily life.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward healing and reclaiming your stories.
