Life can feel overwhelming – from stress, trauma, emotional pain, and loss. You might be feeling burned out, misunderstood, and uncertain about how to get moving. I offer an emotionally safe space for you to get grounded, and feel truly heard and supported. As a woman with Nigerian origins who has lived and worked across different countries, I value the role of culture and identity. I offer culturally responsive and nonjudgmental care tailored to your needs.
I have worked as a mental health provider for 9 years. This has included working in victim services, as an addictions counselor with both youth and adults, in crisis intervention, and as a mental health advocate. My work is trauma-informed and supported by academic training in psychology and victimology.
Focus Areas: Individuals, Couples & Families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, emotional regulation, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, crisis support, anger, personal growth, and healing from difficult experiences.
Wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and support is available.
Services in English and Yoruba.
