You’re not alone.
Many of us carry the weight of past pain — trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and challenges in our relationships. Maybe you’re exploring your queer identity or learning to navigate life through the lens of neurodiversity. These experiences can feel isolating, confusing, and exhausting.
You may be seeking peace of mind, meaningful connection, and a life where you can feel more like you — grounded, confident, and empowered.
At Redbird Therapy, we offer professional, compassionate and culturally sensitive therapy services. Whether you’re seeking healing from trauma, clarity about your identity, or a path forward through anxiety or depression, we’re here to support your journey.
Redbird offers general psychotherapy services, as well as services specific for BIPOC and queer identified folks, including our South Asian Services, support for eligible First Nations and Inuit individuals covered through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, and for immigrants and refugees covered through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
We are focused on supporting you to create meaningful change in your life.
Our skilled therapists provide a safe and
confidential environment with online
